Use our in-depth search system to browse and search for current Project Listings - submitted by real event organizers - which relate to the capability areas in which you operate.
3. Review project and submit your bid
Check the details, decide if you can provide the service, and prepare your quote
When you find a project which you're interested in, simply review all details and decide if you would like to try to win it. Prepare a quote and submit your bid. There is NO LIMIT to the number of bids you can submit - no pay-per-bid, no credit system - just an open platform which connects approved suppliers with potential customers!
4. Secure new business!
That's it - congratulations! You have a new customer and a new project confirmed.
At the end of the listing, the event organizer will consider all bids received and proceed with accepting one. If yours gets accepted, you get the business. It's as simple as that!

While price is always a consideration, we have put facilities in place on the website to ensure that this remains only a part of the process. Every supplier has the opportunity to make the client aware of any extras they are able to offer, allowing them to make an informed decision.
No - we are not a supplier and we do not provide virtual or hybrid event platforms. Instead our intention is to work with worldwide suppliers to maximise their revenue and bring in more business.
